Dortmund is about to welcome Hazard and Schulz
Dortmund will most likely own midfielder Thorgan Hazard from M’Gladbach this summer. In addition, they are about to buy midfielder Nico Schulz from Hoffenheim.
According to Kicker, Dortmund had to pay M’Gladbach 30 million euros for the service of “Hazard em”. If all goes well, Thorgan will go to Signal Iduna Park this Summer. However, in the case of Dortmund and M’Gladbach disagree, Thorgan will stay for one more year and leave in a free form by Summer 2020.
Beside his Hazard brother, Dortmund was also about to complete a contract named Schulz from Hoffenheim. The 26-year-old midfielder is expected to join the Ruhr team for 25 million euros with a deal to last 2024.
Thus, if going smoothly, Dortmund will “open up” with two quality rookies at Summer Market 2019. In the opposite direction, after the season of 2018/19, Dortmund will bid farewell to Christian Pulisic – who will play for Chelsea from 2019/20.
Currently, Dortmund are fiercely competing with Bayern in the race to the Bundesliga. Lucien Favre’s coronation opportunity is still there even though the distance between them and Gray Lobster is 2 points. In the final round, Dortmund needed to beat M’Gladbach, and prayed Bayern lost to Frankfurt.
